Business travel can be bursts of frenetic activity, with long periods of waiting in between. You wait at the gate, you stand in line for security, and then you get to sit on the flight itself. Even with the occasional rush to the next location, it’s easy to succumb to boredom. Some savvy business travelers use this time to catch up on work, reply to emails or prepare for meetings. But when that isn’t practical, or you just need to take a beat, relax and decompress. Podcasts are a great way to do this, resting your body and your eyes while nourishing your mind.
